German Lilleväli (also spelled Lillevyali and Lillevali) is a Russian national hedge fund manager and the founder and CEO of GL Financial Group, an asset management company based in Zurich, Switzerland and with alleged representation in Geneva, London, Munich and Limassol. Lilleväli was born on March 13, 1964.

Despite disappearing with outstanding debts to many investors in the spring of 2018, Lilleväli is the still allegedly managing the following companies: GL Financial Group SA (Geneva), GL Finance Capital Investments Ltd (Cyprus), GL Asset Management (UK) and GL Finance (UK) Ltd.
